I already made my purchase, when I receive my things?

Payments can take 1 hour or more to be processed. An important tip to receive your purchases faster is to log back into the network repeatedly after purchasing.

Can I transfer my ranks/kits/prefix to another account?

To avoid abuse, at the moment we do not offer transfer of ranks/kits/prefixes under any circumstances. 

My account/password was stolen, what i do?

 We are not responsible for the user's account and we will not offer any rank transfer/refund.

Are ranks permanent?

Yes. Everything we sell in our store, except for lives/keys, which are single-use.

I am a Parent. My child used my payment account to purchase in your store. What can I do?

We are conscious that this can happen. Don't worry, we're here to help.

Please contact us through our customer service channels (ask your child how to do this), and we will be happy to help you resolve this issue quickly.

Remember that it can take up to 72 hours to respond in this type of case.
